DESCRIPTION:Le 6 décembre 2024\, l’Assemblée générale des Nations-Unies proclame le 21 décembre à titre de JOURNÉE MONDIALE DE LA MÉDITATION. \n​Afin de commémorer cette première Journée mondiale de la méditation\, vous êtes chaleureusement invité à pratiquer votre Méditation Transcendantale ce samedi à 8h00 et à 17h00 et à contribuer à créer une méditation mondiale historique de 32 heures\, débutant à 8h00 en Nouvelle-Zélande et finissant par une méditation à 17h00 à Hawaï. \nÉgalement\, vous pouvez participer à la méditation de groupe au Centre de MT de Montréal à 14h00 pour célébrez ensemble la première Journée Mondiale de Méditation avec un gâteau et des rafraichissements. \nCeux qui pratique le programme de MT-Sidhis  peuvent rester pour faire leur programme en groupe. \nVotre équipe de MT de Montréal.
