Ayurveda gives us timeless wisdom about how we live, eat, think, and heal.<\/p>\n<p>To better understand Maharishi AyurVeda, we are pleased to welcome Amrita Shrivastava from Maharishi International University (MIU). She holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Medical Biotechnology, a Master\u2019s degree in Molecular Biology and Human Genetics, and an MS in Maharishi AyurVeda and Integrative Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>Amrita is currently a PhD researcher and Program Director for the Bachelor&rsquo;s in Ayurveda course at MIU.
