Within everyone, beyond the most subtle level of thought, there is a field of infinite energy, creativity and intelligence. This field is the source of our thoughts, our creativity, as well as the source of all matter.<\/p>\n<p>During the practice of Transcendental Meditation, the mind settles down effortlessly to this <strong>state of pure, silent bliss<\/strong> within us, and very naturally, we start to enjoy more happiness, vitality, and creativity in our life. This is fundamental to an artist.<\/p>\n<p>During this session, Ashia will talk about her own personal experience of <strong>inner transformation from \u201cArt lover\u201d to \u201cArtist\u201d<\/strong> that came as a result of her practice of Transcendental Meditation.<br \/>\nAshia spent endless hours of her youth in creative pursuits, including dance, music, drawing, and acting, but it was her TM practice that had a profound effect on her relationship with creativity.
