SUMMARY:Creating Coherence Meeting with Special Guest Sarah Sica
DESCRIPTION:With TM Teacher John Cowhig and Special Guest Sarah Sica. \nSarah Sica has spent her career primarily teaching Transcendental Meditation to individuals with symptoms of trauma\, PTS\, and PTSD. Her students include nurses\, inner-city students and staff\, veterans\, and survivors of domestic violence. Sarah finds it deeply inspiring to see her students — many of whom have been grappling for years with the lingering effects of trauma — discover inner peace through the simple TM technique. \nSarah serves as the National Director of the Education & Nurses Programme and Vice President of the Board for the TM For Women Organization in the U.S. Previously\, she was a Site Leader for the David Lynch Foundation (DLF)\, where she implemented the TM program in various Los Angeles schools. She then became the DLF Director of Programs in New York City\, overseeing the DLF Center for Health and Wellness\, as well as TM programs for business professionals\, government staff\, and survivors of domestic violence. \nHaving practiced TM since she was 10 years old\, Sarah brings a lifetime of experience to her students. She became a Certified TM Teacher in 2012 and has since taught TM to 1\,800 people in several states across the US\, including but not limited to Colorado\, Iowa\, New Hampshire\, Minnesota\, and Florida.
