With TM Teacher John Cowhig and Ukraine’s woman TM teachers.

Ukraine: Bringing Peace to Women Living Through War. Ukraine’s woman TM teachers will share a heartrending story of women enduring relentless bombing, fear, and the grief of losing loved ones. They are exhausted, suffer sleepless nights, and live amidst daily air strikes. Yet these dedicated teachers continue teaching TM to help women find inner peace and the renewed strength they need to care for themselves and their families. Join us to hear about their work—and how your support can help make their tireless efforts possible.

The event will begin with a 20-minute group meditation at 2:00 PM ET
