With TM Teacher Maria Rosa Papetti.

Kapha types can be susceptible to parts of the year when the weather is cooler and wetter such as during winter and early spring. After the summer a kapha has melted away excess wetness that may have accumulated during winter and spring.

The risk of being tipped out imbalancing kapha dosha can happen towards the end of autumn, during the transition to winter.

In this presentation, you will learn about kapha characteristics including signs of balance and imbalance kapha dosha. You will learn to cook two kapha pacifying recipes: roasted curried cauliflower and vegetable noodle stir fry.

Plan ahead and get your kapha balanced before the winter comes.
