What is Self-Pulse Reading?

Maharishi Self-Pulse Reading is an ancient AyurVedic technique that helps us detect imbalances early — before they manifest as disease. By learning to read our own pulse, we can identify subtle imbalances in the body and understand how to restore balance naturally.

Beyond assessment, the technique itself is therapeutic and enhances mind-body integration. Self-Pulse Reading enlivens the mind/body connection: consciousness and matter.

In This Session You Will Be Introduced to:

  • The mechanics of Self-Pulse Assessment and how it enlivens the body’s inner intelligence
  • How to take your own pulse, using a simple, three-finger technique
  • How the qualities of the pulse — rhythm, strength, speed, texture — can reveal your body’s current state
